Do I need a store front to be a wholesaler?
You need to either have an ecommerce site and/or store front to become a wholesaler. Customers can sell products on their own websites, however are not able to sell on 3rd party marketplaces or websites including Amazon, eBay, Etsy or other online marketplaces. AMD monitors 3rd party marketplaces & websites and will not fulfill any orders for customers who don’t comply with these resale conditions.
Are there requirements/conditions I need to meet to become a wholesaler?
Yes, we require our wholesalers to own either a storefront, an e-commerce site, or both. You must also provide or obtain a reseller license in order to sell AMD.
How long does it take to receive an order once I order it?
It typically takes 3-7 business days for our wholesale shipments to arrive, but this may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances.
What is your refund/return policy?
AMD does not offer refunds or issue returns on wholesale orders.
Where do you ship from?
All wholesale orders ship from our shop in Ohio.
What is your opening order amount?
Wholesale AMD orders start at $200.
What’s your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
To purchase wholesale, we require a minimum reorder of $100, and a low minimum order of 2 units per Item.
